CAN I GET A REFUND?
The products are printed to order, therefore refunds will only be given if there is an issue with the item i.e. A product arrives damaged or a design is printed incorrectly
MY SIZE ISN'T AVAILABLE ON AN ITEM
The website we use to create the merch sometimes doesn't link all the sizes on offer. If you face this issue please contact us from the contact page with a link to the product and size you wish to order. However, some colour options don't have all sizes available so this may be the issue
THE COLOUR I WANT ISN'T AVAILABLE
I have linked the most popular colours to each product. If an item doesn't show the colour option you want contact us from the contact page with a link to the item and the colour and we will try to link the colour to the prouct.
HOW LONG WILL POSTAGE BE?
Orders are expected to be fulfilled within 5 days. After this it will depend on your location and chosen shipping option.
I HAVEN'T RECIEVED MY ORDER
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. Please also note that we must be notified within 60 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
